How It Works

Providing the concerns you have are not urgent, make a booking online. Appointment times are limited.

Online video chat consutations can be done using a smart phone, Ipad/tablet or laptop.

The booking process will involve choosing a time/date, entering your pets details, and paying for the service in advance

An email will be sent to you confirming your appointment with a link to the consultation via Zoom meetings. You will need to download the zoom meetings app before the consultation.

5 minutes before your consultation time click on the zoom meeting link to enter the virtual waiting room.

If an in clinic visit is required afterwards the $45 already paid will be taken off your consultation cost at either Charmhaven or Morisset vet hospitals.

If medication is required we will assist in having it delivered to you at an additional cost
